3. Orders & Payment

  • Orders can be placed directly through our website.

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when placing an order.

  • We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) and may also accept other payment methods as specified at checkout.

  • Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation message or call from our team.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are processed within 24–48 hours after confirmation.

  • Delivery timelines:

    • Karachi: 1–3 working days

    • Other cities: 2–5 working days

    • Remote areas: 4–7 working days

5. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

  • Returns are only accepted if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
