At KillRoach (by Excitero), we are committed to delivering your orders quickly, safely, and reliably. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how we handle order processing, shipping charges, delivery timelines, and related matters.

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 24–48 hours after confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation call or message from our team.

2. Shipping Charges

We offer affordable and transparent shipping rates:

  • Free Delivery on orders above Rs. 2,000.

  • Flat Rs. 100 delivery charges for Karachi.

  • Flat Rs. 150 delivery charges for all other cities of Pakistan.

3. Delivery Timelines

  • Karachi: 1–3 working days.

  • Other Major Cities: 2–5 working days.

  • Remote Areas: 4–7 working days.

👉 Delivery times may vary slightly due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) service across Pakistan for your convenience.

  • Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, you may receive a tracking number or order update via SMS, email, or phone call.

  • For further updates, you can also contact our support team.

6. Undelivered Orders

  • If the delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept the package, the order may be cancelled.

  • Customers may be required to pay additional shipping charges for re-dispatch.

7. Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 3 days of delivery. Our Refund & Returns Policy will apply in such cases.

8. International Shipping

Currently, we only deliver within Pakistan. International shipping is not available at this time.
