Refund & Returns Policy

At KillRoach (by Excitero), customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to deliver high-quality, original products to your doorstep. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, our Refund & Returns Policy outlines the conditions under which you may request a return, replacement, or refund.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or replacement if:

  • You received a damaged or defective product.

  • You received a wrong product that does not match your order.

  • The product is expired or tampered with upon delivery.

👉 Note: Due to the nature of our product (Kill Roach – Anti Roach Gel), we cannot accept returns for items that have been opened, used, or partially consumed.


2. Timeframe for Returns

  • Customers must report return requests within 3 days of receiving the product.

  • Requests made after this period may not be accepted.


3. Process for Returns

To initiate a return:

  2. Provide your order number, proof of purchase, and clear photos of the product showing the issue.

  3. Once approved, we will guide you on how to send the product back (if applicable).


4. Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued only in the following cases:

  • Product was out of stock after payment was made.

  • You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product and do not wish to receive a replacement.

Refund Method:

  • Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or wallet transfer.


5. Replacement Policy

If eligible, you may choose to receive a replacement product instead of a refund. Replacement will be processed once the returned product (if applicable) is received and inspected.


6. Non-Refundable / Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Opened, used, or partially consumed products.

  • Products damaged due to mishandling after delivery.

  • Orders placed by mistake without notifying us before dispatch.


7. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement by contacting our support team.

  • Once the order is dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
